Reindeer Adoptions At Wonderwick
Tilly, Nico, Merry and Frost are looking for families to help complete their Christmas training before they report for duty on Christmas Eve.
Your reindeer will arrive from Wonderwick with their own identity, official paperwork and everything your family needs to begin their Christmas training.
From the moment their travel carrier arrives, they're no longer simply a Christmas toy. They're your family's Trainee Reindeer — and you've got an important job to do together before Christmas Eve.

Your Reindeer’s Passport
Not just for this Christmas.
Every Wonderwick trainee arrives with their own official passport — a record of where they've been, the family they've trained with and the adventures they've shared.
On Christmas Eve, their passport travels with them when they report for North Pole duty.
And when they return for another Christmas?
So does their passport — with a brand-new North Pole stamp inside.
Over the years, those stamps, dates and little records turn one small passport into something rather special: a record of your family's Christmases together.
One reindeer. One passport. A new chapter every Christmas.
Psst… Grown-ups, this bit is for you
Wonderwick is designed to create the magic — without creating lots of work for you.
Your Reindeer Adoption Pack arrives ready to begin. Inside you'll find everything needed to welcome your trainee, complete their Christmas training and create adventures together in the run-up to Christmas Eve.
FAQ's
Is this like an Elf that I have to move every night?
No! There are no nightly setups and no pressure to invent mischief before you go to bed. Your reindeer's adventures happen with your child, not while they're asleep. Pick up an activity when you fancy one, take your reindeer along on real family adventures, or simply enjoy having them around.
What is a Wonderwick Reindeer Adoption?
It's a Christmas experience built around your child's very own trainee reindeer. Their reindeer arrives from Wonderwick with an official travel carrier, passport, adoption paperwork, training materials and activities designed to create adventures and memories together throughout December.
What's included in the Adoption Pack?
Your pack includes your chosen plush trainee reindeer together with their Wonderwick paperwork and Christmas experience materials, including their passport, adoption/training documents, activities and keepsakes. It also includes matching Reindeer Trainer and Trainee Reindeer identification.
Does everything have to be completed?
Absolutely not. Wonderwick is about making memories, not creating another December to-do list. Choose the activities your family will enjoy, miss the ones that don't suit you and make the experience your own.
Which reindeer can we adopt?
There are four Wonderwick trainees to choose from: Tilly, Nico, Merry and Frost. Each has their own personality and specialist training role, so children can choose the reindeer they feel belongs in their family.
Is it ready to give as a gift?
Yes. The travel carrier is part of the experience, so the packaging itself is designed to feel like a special delivery from Wonderwick rather than an ordinary shipping box. If you're sending it directly to a child, we'll explain the best delivery option before checkout.
How will my adoption arrive?
Your trainee travels in their own Wonderwick Reindeer Travel Carrier, accompanied by their adoption materials and everything needed to begin their Christmas training.
Is this just for Christmas 2026?
The first training year is Christmas 2026, but the concept has deliberately been designed to continue. The reindeer, passport and memories stay with the family, with future Wonderwick adventures able to add another chapter each Christmas.
Can we adopt more than one reindeer?
Absolutely. Tilly, Nico, Merry and Frost can be adopted individually, so families wanting more than one trainee can build their own little Wonderwick training team.
Can siblings share a reindeer?
Yes. A trainee reindeer can belong to a child, siblings or the whole family. Families can decide what makes their Wonderwick tradition feel right for them.
Can we use the same reindeer every year?
Yes — that's actually the idea. Rather than replacing them with a new character every Christmas, your child's relationship with their adopted reindeer can grow with them. Over time, their passport becomes a record of Christmases spent together.
What happens next Christmas?
Your reindeer's story can continue. Their passport has been designed as an ongoing record of their Wonderwick adventures, allowing new Christmas visits, memories and North Pole passport stamps to be added in future years.
Does my child lose their reindeer after Christmas?
No. Your reindeer belongs to your family. The Christmas Eve assignment is part of their Wonderwick story — not the end of their adoption.
Does the reindeer disappear on Christmas Eve?
Wonderwick gives grown-ups different ways to manage the Christmas Eve assignment, so you can choose what works best for your child and your family's Christmas traditions. Full instructions are supplied privately with your adoption.
What happens on Christmas Eve?
Once training is complete, your reindeer is ready to report for their very important Christmas assignment. The pack includes the story and materials needed to make this part of the Wonderwick experience. We'll also provide grown-up-only guidance so you know exactly what to do.
When should our reindeer arrive?
The Christmas Training Placement officially begins in December, but exactly when your reindeer arrives is up to your family. We'll provide everything you need to make their arrival feel special.
Do I have to set something up every night?
No. This isn't a nightly mischief tradition and there is no expectation that grown-ups move the reindeer, create elaborate scenes or remember something every evening. Adventures can happen whenever they fit naturally into family life.
Who Will Join Your Family This Christmas?
Four trainees are waiting for their Christmas placement.
Which one is coming home with you?
Your chosen trainee will travel to you in their official Wonderwick Reindeer Travel Carrier, ready to begin their Christmas placement.
Small companions. Big adventures. Brighter days.
